Personal Training

Our training programs are for women over 50 who don't know where or how to start working out.
​Whether your focus is weight loss, gaining strength, flexibility, health prevention, pre and post rehabilitation or you are part of the aging population, Heidi Lootsma will design a suitable personalized program just for you.

Her gentle and nurturing style of training ensures her clients achieve their specific health goals effectively, efficiently and without injury.

Heidi offers different styles of Personal Training that focus specifically on your needs, goals, schedule and budget.

No equipment, no problem! Heidi works with whatever equipment you have and can even create equipment based on items you have in your house.

Through a simple no pressure conversation she can devise a success path with you and determine which style of training is the one that is the best for you!

​​1 on 1 Online Personal Training

Heidi will create a customized program just for you and your goals! Sessions are 45 minutes in length and consist of personal accountability and motivation with the assigned trainer. As your goals change, your focus and needs may change.  Your personal trainer will ensure that  your goals are being met and progress is being achieved at an appropriate rate.

Semi-private training Kitchener, On

Semi-Private Training

Get all the benefits of a personal trainer at a lesser cost and with more motivation and accountability!  Semi-private training is 45 minutes in length and limited to 5 women during any given time. Every client is given an individualized program and is supported by an experienced, educated, and insured personal trainer.  This is where you set and meet your personal health goals if you are over the age of 40.

​Do you despise exercise? Do you wish exercising could be fun? Perhaps you don't know where to start and need a fun place to start. This workout is for you!
​A one hour full body workout designed for individuals of all levels and abilities, with an emphasis on having fun while increasing strength, range of motion and an improved understanding of exercise.  Guaranteed to have fun, learn lots, meet new people and leave with a glow! This is a workout you don't want to miss! Join us most Sunday mornings at 9:30a.m. (please check the schedule to ensure a class is offered)
