Semi-Private TrainingGet all the benefits of a personal trainer at a lesser cost and with more motivation and accountability! Semi-private training is 45 minutes in length and limited to 5 women during any given time. Every client is given an individualized program and is supported by an experienced, educated, and insured personal trainer. This is where you set and meet your personal health goals if you are over the age of 40.
