What’s the difference between this program and a diet?
In a diet, you find yourself trying to count every calorie you eat, which understandably causes you to feel anxious, frustrated and deprived, then give up. At the end of the day, you find yourself hungry and lethargic, feeling like you failed, then overeating and gaining weight! UGH.
This Jumpstart program isn’t about deprivation or starving.
